At Lights and Linen, we don’t want to have any of our customers waiting around for anything. Please see below for how to return items and resolve any issues whatsoever. We offer a refund to customers if we have been informed within 14 days of you receiving the goods that they want to cancel. The customer has another 14 days to return the goods.

To Return an Item purchased which was not to your liking:

In the subject line please put your Order Number and the word “RETURN”.

Let us know in the body of the email the issue and we will then provide the return address for you.

All Items which are non-faulty will be returned to us at the Buyers expense.

Non-Faulty returns will be refunded less any original shipping charges.

To return a Faulty Item

In order to return a Faulty Item, please email us at

In the Subject line please put “Faulty” and your Order ID.

In the Body of the email please Let us know the issue and then we can provide you with a replacement, refund or a Label to Print off.

Return Label Print Off OptionIf a Label is required to send the item(s) back, we shall generate a label, email it to yourself to print off and then provide details of your closest drop off shop where the parcels would need to be taken too. Once the parcels are returned to us, we shall then provide a refund for you.
