We do not have hidden extras within our product prices. Shipping costs money and as such we only pass on the charge the courier makes to us and we don’t hide the cost and then add “FREE SHIPPING”
If for some reason you are not 100% satisfied with your product you can return the item to us. In the first instance contact firstname.lastname@example.org with “RETURN” as the subject. Detail your reason you wish to return the goods and member of our team will arrange for your goods to be returned to us.
Lights and Linen Accept returns into thier warehouse upto 30 days from date of purchase.
Returns must be sent back as “NEW” in the orignal box and packaging and in the state you recieved the item. If the item received is returned in a different condition to the one it was sent out in, you may incur a charge for the item to be repacked. In the event your return is not deemed to be in a SALEABLE condition once received, our team will be in touch immediately to explain the situation and resolve any dispute fairly.
